With over 43 years of experience in real estate and business operations across various markets and business strategies, we’ve refined our approach to maximize success. ACQUIRE
DEAL PIPELINE & ACQUISITION – This critical phase covers everything required while acquiring an asset, beginning with deal sourcing and concluding with a successful acquisition. Implementing a thorough due diligence plan to insure a successful and profitable acquisition is paramount. For many firms and investors, this is where challenges arise. However, having taken numerous business plans through full cycles, we have the expertise needed to effectively source and close deals with confidence.
RUN
ASSET & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT – This phase is focused on the successful execution of the asset business plan. As a vertically integrated firm, our intent is to manage every asset we acquire in-house, using third-party management where appropriate ensuring close attention to detail. We won’t rely on third parties for execution, which allows us to respond quickly to market shifts and make decisions that maximize our potential for success.
EXIT
EXIT SUCCESS – Acquiring an asset is the first part. It is the critical step in the process. What truly matters is managing the asset effectively and exiting the asset with maximum returns.
